  • WordPress Development
  • WooCommerce Development
  • Website Maintenance
  • Website Optimization
  • UI/UX Design
  • Thumbnail and Creative Design

The exact scope of a project will depend on the services agreed upon with the client.

2. Project Requirements

Before starting a project, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, access credentials, and other resources required to complete the agreed work.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Project Scope

Services will be provided according to the agreed project scope, requirements, deliverables, and timeline.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may require additional time or charges. Any additional work will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

4. Payments

Project pricing, payment schedules, and payment methods will be agreed upon before work begins.

Depending on the project, an advance payment may be required before development or service delivery starts.

Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed or remain outstanding.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed service package or project proposal.

Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.

6. Delivery & Approval

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery dates may change when there are delays caused by missing content, late feedback, third-party services, technical issues, or changes requested by the client.

Once the agreed work has been reviewed and approved by the client, additional changes may be treated as new work.

7. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party services, software, plugins, hosting, domain names, APIs, advertising platforms, or other external tools.

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, third-party fees are the responsibility of the client.

WebTheme is not responsible for changes, downtime, restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

8. Marketing & SEO Results

Marketing, YouTube SEO, digital marketing, and other promotional services are intended to improve online visibility, performance, and growth.

However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, views, subscribers, leads, sales, or revenue because these results can depend on search algorithms, competition, audience behavior, advertising platforms, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

9. Website Development

We aim to deliver websites according to the agreed specifications and requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, trademarks, documents, and other materials supplied to WebTheme are legally permitted for use.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

Third-party assets, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

11. Website Access & Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their hosting, domain, email, and third-party accounts.

WebTheme is not responsible for problems caused by unauthorized access, compromised credentials, third-party hosting issues, or changes made by parties outside our team.

12. Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started, any refund or outstanding payment will be handled according to the agreed project terms and the amount of work already completed.

13. Limitation of Liability

WebTheme will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of revenue, loss of data, or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
